Founder & Owner, Ashley Kellish

Ashley has more than 20 years of experience guiding teams to organizational excellence through evidence-based, strategic planning; effective process implementation; and workplace culture development.  

Her career has been centered around the healthcare industry with her roles always dedicated to fostering innovation, safety, and high standards in various healthcare arenas, from academic institutions to leading medical centers. This experience equipped Ashley with a deep understanding of patient/client care, quality improvement, and staff engagement in a high risk, complex industry that demands positive outcomes with no margin of error.

Ashley has guided diverse teams to achieve organizational excellence through education, transformative change and practice, while expertly implementing psychologically-safe spaces for team growth and success.

She created The H.I.V.E. Network Group to extend her experience, and the skills of other experts, to other complex, highly-regulated organizations in healthcare and beyond.
